UPDATE: Just to clarify, this feature is live and currently working. You can now read all of the profile text, but only have access to the main profile pic:
I can't see all the pictures for a guy.
- You'll be able to see the main profile photo of the member. Guys, that's why a face or non-nude pic works better than a cock shot as your main profile pic.

Answers to questions:
How do I activate this?
- It's automatic. You don't have to do anything from your side. It's all taken care of already.
Who does the promotion include?
- If you are a standard member Women, couple (m/f), lesbian couple or ts/tv/tg (excluding straight and gay males) you will be able to see full male profiles and the main pic.
Will they be able to contact you?
- The standard females can contact 10 men a day. Now that they can see read your profile and see your main pic, they will be more likely to reach out to you.
I'm seeing photos that are blocked as Erotic Content.
- Right out of the gate we set your preferences so that you aren't overwhelmed with flesh. To turn that filter off, just go to the very top of the page on the right hand side and switch the "Content Filter" to off. It's right next to the "Log Off" button.
I can't see all the pictures for a guy.

I know we've kind of split out the features into other Blogs, but I still think there is space for a general suggestion box. You can use this space to get something off your chest, tell me what needs changing, or simply spit poetry. I'll start:

A bit off topic but - I get a bunch of emails from guys on the site asking me what they are doing wrong. I work here, so I must have some insight on how it all works. I'd like to be able to give good guys who aren't having luck a good answer. Do you think my "one guy to another" speech is truthful?
A recent reply I gave:
Women approach the site in a different way. They tend to hang out in the Groups and Blogs. They ease into things, get to know you. Most are not going to seek you out. If you're just sitting there waiting, you are wasting your time.
What I would do is find a girl your interested in, go to their profile and see what groups they belong to, see if they have a Blog and read through it. Read her profile, find out where she hangs out on here and go talk to her. Talk to her about what she's said, not just her body. 95% of the doods on here never read a profile and just send grammatically incorrect emails about "sucking it". If you can show some interest in her other than cramming your cock down her throat, you've beaten out most every other guy on here.
Find her Blogs, find her Groups, read her Profile. Be honest in your profile. Get your game on. It's work, but it's rewarding.
There are a ton of guys on here that have figured it out and have a great time. Most of them are active posters in groups and blogs. That's where the women are.

I know I was MIA at the end of last week with my posting. There isn't anything I haven't read, but there is plenty I need to respond to. Mainly blogs, but some of your emails too.
I few of you got on me today to pick up the pace. That confidence is being lost. Fair enough.
You guys have been critical with bugs, understanding our features and what needs worked on, and figuring out the long running issues. I fully understand that I got nothing if I don't have your confidence.
My mouth is full, and I got to start doing a little more chewing. I may scale back some of my index blogs. I really want to report on which bugs have been reported and fixed. I think the format I created needs real attention - maybe rolled up or even sub indexed. Give me a few days to get it all flushed out up there.
Thanks for the kick. Got to keep my microphone on.

Flash Chat - What Do you Like and What Makes You Grumble?

I have to admit that I haven't spent a whole lot of time in the chat rooms yet. I lurk and try to get the flavor of each room, but I haven't really jumped in yet. I'm a little nervous to be truthful. There are people in there that never sleep and own the rooms. I'm a newbie, and I know what they can do to virgins in there.
Outside of the vibe of rooms, you know I care about geeking out on functionality. I also know there are bugs that I haven't learned about yet. I have two questions:
1) What do you like about Flash Chat?
2) What don't you like?
I started making a list of other questions I want to answer:
* Think of other chat rooms you use around the web. What's better or worse about them?
* Is it easy for you to find people in a room?
* What else besides age would you like to see about a member?
* Would you like to see a larger profile pic next to the user name?
* Any suggestions for Ignore or Abuse?
* Do you get tired of seeing the chat window fill with people logging in and out?
* Do you hack the Flash Chat anyway to make it work better for you?
Thanks for any info. Oh, and where should I hang out? Which rooms are the best?

Long Running IMC Bug

I've teamed up with the guys from Site Support Blog on this one. They think they've figured out one of the most annoying IMC bugs.
Issue:
You page someone in IMC, they page you back. Then you try to send a message each other but it never goes through - on either end.
You then say, "wtf man?" and think that it's messed up or the other person is an ass for leaving you hanging.
Two ways to open IMC:
1) Go to top of the page and click on "Instant Messenger"
2) Go to "Video" across the top bar and select "Broadcast My Webcam"
Question to you:
When you open the IMC like #2 above (from Broadcast My Webcam) it seems that you can't chat with anyone after sharing pages. Do you guys see this as well?
Thanks for any insight! We want to finally nail this one.

This is not the complete list of your reported bugs, but some of the more recent ones at the top of my list.
Search Bugs
Members showing online when they are not.
Groups Bugs
- Page numbers in the interest groups will be put back on the top as well as the bottom as it used to be before the last 'update' to groups
- The ability to create a poll disappears from Groups
Testimonials Bugs
- If you have banned members from leaving testimonials, a blank testimonial will show up from them if you un-ban any member. Many people believe they are being harassed when it is a site glitch.
MC Bugs
- Showing there are un-read e-mails in the counter when they've already been opened
- When deleting e-mails, you can use the top delete button only the once
Blogs Bugs
- Watched Blogs list doesn't show date of last post
- Watched Blogs is only showing one page
- Editing often causes a post to be showing as member deleted when it was not.
- Post goes live, gets 2 views & then disappears.
- Fixing CSS table width issue
- Watched Blog Post list will only show 1 post per user
- The vote of post doesn't update
- Watched Blogs listed there stay frozen in time for 2 or 3 days
