PIMPING MALIKA FAVRE One.  Malika Favre is a French graphic artist now based in London. Her work reminds me of Andy Warhol’s pop art. I like the boldness, brightness and contrast of her work. Her art is very simple but effective. Anyway enough of me being a twat of an art critic! Do you like Malika Favre’s art? If so, what’s your favourite piece of her artwork? Why are bloggers posting the first comment to their blog posts? Number 5 is my favourite; it's dazzling. I also like number 7; amidst the simplicity there are the amazing details of the shadows. Again enough of my art critic-ry! I’ve noticed that many bloggers are immediately commenting on their blogs. I don’t know why bloggers are doing this; clearly there’s a reason which has passed me by. Do you like Malika Favre’s art? Looks good. If so, what’s your favourite piece of her artwork? I like the first one pretty well but I wouldn't want it in a large wall sized image as the lines would be to much. Why are bloggers posting the first comment to their blog posts? It seems it causes them to get posted to the recent blogs list faster as it has been said that they don't post there until a comment has been made. Vive La Difference

Do you like Malika Favre’s art? I do! This is the first time I can recall having seen it. It reminds me of Warhol too. If so, what’s your favourite piece of her artwork? I like the first image you posted quite a lot. Why are bloggers posting the first comment to their blog posts? It's voodoo. Many posts were not showing up on the recent posts list til a comment had been made...which is really really annoying and completely a bummer for brand new bloggers who of course will have no idea that it's necessary. I haven't been able to test it yet. The last few posts I've made I've had a comment by a watcher before I could make my own first comment. THAT made me feel very good about the folks who watch my blog. Do I have great friends, or what? Become a member now and get a free tote bag.

Bonjour Spunky J'aime bien et ses dessins avec des lignes et des damiers me font penser à Philippe Bertrand un dessinateur de bandes dessinée . To me, Malika Favre's art reminds of comic strips and I'm not a fan either of comic strips or computerized art, which lacks emotion, feeling.. it lacks soul. It looks like an empty but brightly painted container to me. I like to see something made by a human using a pencil, a brush and a palette, or a chalk.... anything as long as it's made by a human.
