I’m a lot of things. I’m married, so let’s get that out in the open. I am a human being, so I am not perfect. I'm fit. I workout 4-5 times a week. I eat well. I do love my desserts, though! 🍰 I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep! Recovery from the prior workout and the stressors of the day is key to a good life!
