So I'm curious as to how much people place in fitness
and I guess real physical stamina. Is duration really important
or do you think that quality over quantity wins the day?

I have a question on running. Is there a right way to run.
What by that is if it's better to run before anything
or eat something small before a run. Just wondering because

Ok show of hands from everyone. Female fitness sexy? I am
a personal trainer and well simply find the female body
just amazing especially a fit toned one but with that said
I love curves as well. So tell which do you prefer or are you

Bacon as source of protein 5/15/2017
I was always curious if bacon bits in a nice kale salad would
be sufficient source of protein for a bodybuilder's
diet. Especially since it would fit into the high fat, no
carb diets that were prevalent a few years ago.

Does working out in the gym boost your sex life? 5/5/2017
i have been working out for years but my sex libido kind of
dropping, i cant even last 3min on sex and after that it takes
me like 8hours before i can really get aroused.
i workout like 6 days a week (mostly calisthenic) and tun
like 3 times a week.
any advice?
