Problems using Live Stream

Since upgrading to Windows 11, I can't live stream anymore.
I click on it, and it starts ok, but when the green light comes on, my picture is frozen.
The timer starts though.
To double-check I open up another screen and click to view me, and I get a blank screen.
Does this happen to anyone else?
