-Sit or lie comfortably -close your eyes and breath in through your nose, stop briefly, (less than a second) -exhale and stop, repeat. -you may experience some anxiety controlling your breath so take your time getting into a comfortable rhythm. -Visualize you breath filling your stomach or going into your lower back and let it fill your trunk. -visualize different mule groups in your body, with each exhale give them permission to relax, even saying "relax" aloud if you need to. -Once you are completely relaxed, with your eyes closed, focus your eyeballs slightly up and to the center of your forehead, and continue to breath. -On every inhale, allow thought to come into your head, on the stop allow them to exist and be valid and as you exhale allow the breath to remove that thought. -This process could take from 15 minutes to and hour depending on how much you do it. -Like anything continuing to practice will only make the experience better. -At first you will experience a relaxing experience, as you continue to practice, you will have your own personal experience with the universe. -My experience of this is that in the early stages I experience a white spot of light in the center of my closed eyes, eventually that spot will translate into a feeling somewhat like some is touching my forehead in that spot. -My understanding of this is that I have now activated my pineal gland, which is believed to be the center of intuition and emotion. When in this state it is possible to ask questions of the universe and realize answers, however like anything you have to believe in this process in order for it to work. -Remember that we are all individuals and therefore every's experience will be different. -Happy Meditating!
