So glad your enjoying work, and that's great that you have Monday off, as you have not had that day off in years. I hope you plan something fun for yourself for Monday. The weather here is not so cold, it's actually heating up here again..UGH!! I would gladly trade weather with you my friend, as this is not even Winter here, no rain and non in sight. I hope your Thursday treats you well.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

This is interesting. For the first time in 5 years, my company also announced that we'll be closed on the 18th, and we're ordered not to do any work that day. Man, how the times are changing. Nice pic Darling!

Happy HNW! things are looking mighty perky!  We are having a couple days of above normal temps for this time of year but not for long! Polar Vortex is predicted soon!

It is not a long weekend here in New Brunswick, and even if it was, I would still be working. I only have two off a year, Christmas and New Year's Day, I work all others. Only thing I am looking forward to this weekend is the ability to sleep in...lol We are having below seasonal temps here as well. Enjoy it while we can, I hear colder weather is coming. At least of here. Enjoy your long weekend...

I have 30 days of vacation to use a year and have a difficult time using that. I can usually have a holiday off if I want, I just chose not to most of the time. Christmas and New Year's are usually spent with family so I like to have those ones off. I have booked Family Day off in February, but since I probably won't be able to hang out with my kids and grand daughter, I will probably either work part of all of it.
