First, let me start with thanking you for taking the time to check out my blog posts. These posts will likely be inspired by random curious questions that arise as life unfolds...
I identify as bisexual and figure I should begin my first post sharing recent experiences with attending bisexual social events...
While I recognize that there is potential for more stigma & negative reactions to Bi guys than to us Bi girls socially, the events that I have attended recently have been very male-focused. When I say male-focused, I mean men have outnumbered women attendees and the focus has been on male-male attention. I have found myself, even with a female date, unwilling to play at these events. I think part of the reason has been driven by not wanting to be the girl-girl anomaly or possibly fear of being hit on by the men anyway
So my question is, do you think there should be separate events for bi-males and bi-females, respectively? Or are co-ed events ok with bisexuals of both genders? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Recently, I have observed that women would prefer to play with other women in an all-female environment. When male energy is present, then the event simply has the potential to become a regualr LS event.
