In preparation for my upcoming surgery that I am hoping to get done in August I went to a doctor for Laser Hair removal today in Pittsburg, KS. I was told by many that laser hair removal was very painful but during the treatment I had to tell the ladies doing the treatment on me to quit tickling me. It wasn't painful at all for me. Yes I have some itching now but that is to be expected as some of the hairs didn't get zapped and already started to poke their way back LOL. I am now actually looking forward to my next treatment which will be on March 17 at noon. The VA is covering these treatments but the travel cost amounts to about $50 for the round trip not including any refreshments or drinks. anyone wishing to donate to the cause please follow the link I posted in another blog post about my surgery.

On November 19 2019 I was approved for GRS surgery. With this approval I am in need of a little financial help in paying for the out of pocket expenses which will amount to about $4000. This will pay the cost of the surgery that Medicare doesn't pay plus motel cost during my stay in the Kansas City area

My story starts when I was about 5 years old. My Grandmother made dresses for my cousin that lived in another state and I was elected to put the dresses on so my grandmother could hem them. Every time I put one of these dresses on I felt more alive, but as a I was expected to live a certain way. I fought diversity all my life living the way others perceived me to be. After being married several times I kept having feeling that there was something wrong with me. I spent time in the United States Army trying to hide I truly was. During this time I had met several people that had to hide they were because of “don’t ask don’t tell” and found myself fighting for rights of others which I am still today fighting for those right that a lot of people take for granted.
I spent most of my adult life driving trucks for a living, but spent a couple years doing remodeling as well as went back to school to learn auto mechanics and HVAC. I started my own trucking firm while still searching I truly was and enjoy that part of my life as I was able to travel and meet people from all walks of life.
As I searched for my true self I discovered that I had issues that could only be explained with medical help and I began to learn more about myself and found that I was what is known as inter-sexed. After learning about myself I started studying my medical issues so I could better understand myself. During this time I received my CNA Licence.
