Gee has it been that long since i posted? well its past 1 am here and i cant sleep again ho hum!
Winter will soon be upon us which means i will be back to blogging no doubt full time over the winter months, oh you lucky people!

You ever heard that saying? lol ...
My weekend was ok, got invited over to my sisters for dinner sunday which was nice! ...always good to see the , however having said that after dinner i was holding my nephew who is just 5 months old, he was smiling at me and in a good mood and i lifted him above my head and sat him on my shoulders, just as he decided to be sick all down my face! it got in my beard and everywhere all over my top ....that will teach me!
I wouldnt mind but its rare i have a beard grrr, i am normally clean shaven, but the last couple of weeks have been trying to say the least and i thought what the hell i can't be arsed to shave lol, serves me right!
Thanks for all the lovely kind messages you are all leaving me, i really appreciate it, i am human after all, and occasionally go on holiday emotionally lol, but you can't keep a good thing down for long as they say! and i am aries after all, no doubt in the next few days i will be replying to all your messages and getting around to your blogs respectively

Finding it hard right now to find the will to blog let alone visit blogs, hey i am just being honest with you, have you ever had something you need to do? ...but you can't seem to make that first step to getting stuff done? ...yeah well thats where i am, i keep going to blogs getting about half way down a post and then off my brain switches lol, i just go into dork mode day dreaming and shit, i know i havent replied to comments in my last post, but i have read all the messages so thanks for those ...to those of you who like me, i love you all, to those of you who hate me, one person in particular, fuck you

Now i know there are all manner of people on this site, be it from normal to not normal, freaks, geeks, whores, bores, liars, cheats, assholes, wankers, tossers, and peskies!
But i was just thinking! peskies are the talk of blogland right now, and although there is set given words for how most people are here, i'e Depressed, or Parkinsons, Nymphomaniacs even Insomniacs!... but what the fuck do you call someone who is obsessed with peskies?
I did google this earlier lol, well i had some free time on my hands, nothing better to do! ...but there isnt actually a recognized condition for people who are obsessed with peskies, notice how i use lower case for these little runts...as i denounce their right to have their names spelt with a capital letter! ...(just my little dig)
so, can we come up with a name maybe? ...if we find a good one, i will put a letter together to have this recognized world wide as a serious condition, as it seems to be taking over innocent bloggers the world over faster than the blink of a human eye

For years i always used to wonder what that meant! ..."Its the taking part that counts!" ....er like NO! its winning that counts lol who wants to "just" take part! ...
For years i was very very competitive, i even lost friends through it, some sports i was naturally good at, and the ones i wasnt i practiced till i was blue in the face, winning was everything to me, i would never cheat though to gain an edge like some, and i would also be the worlds worst loser too! ...i was terrible to be around when i lost...(fuckerdy fuck fuck)
Growing up one sport in particular Golf, well i lost shit loads, sure i hit practice balls till i was blue in the face, but due to nerves i would always crumble in competition, then one day i read a book, about how taking part was what it is all about, you have to be in it to win it, and actually losing is ok too, the book claimed that to become good at something, you had to learn to lose first, and lose well, sounded a load of bollocks to me, but i did get thinking about it, with my golf especially, so over time instead of trying to win all the time i decided to try and become better at losing, and it worked a treat, i became so relaxed out there, with all sports not just golf, and also things in life too adapting this same attitude "not giving a shit if i win or lose, who gives a shit not me!" ...and that changed everything, suddenly i had no fear of losing, i couldnt give a shit if i was made to look bad or even foolish because losing was ok too, "it really was the taking part that counted after all"
In my golf days especially i became very good, good enough to turn pro, i made local news and won countless trophies, the sad part about it all is the only reason i tried so hard was to be noticed, noticed by my dad, who i felt growing up was never proud of me for things i had done in life, i used to hit balls after work till my fingers were blistered & bleeding, all in the hope i could win a big trophy and make him proud. It didnt work lol, sure i won plenty, but he still didnt notice me (everybody awww)...sad really when i look back, that i spent so much time trying to please him, the funny thing is i don't even play golf now, i retired the golf clubs and gave up trying to get him to notice me, they are mere dust collectors! (the golf clubs not my parents) lol...as is all the cut glass decanters and trophies i won.
Thats how i now live, for me that is, i have stopped trying to impress people, or be liked by others, i'll admit i still have a competitive streak in me, but you know what? if the truth be known win or lose i really dont care, more to life than winning, and more to life than trying to please everyone!
See i told you i was full of pearls of wisdom,

so what lengths do you go to just to be noticed??

I am sure you have heard the saying "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned"?
In a sense, this is true. Women hold things longer and deeper. Once hurt, it's not easy for them to get over it. It's like there is a built in grudge and in some cases, they hold a grudge for a life time. It's not easy for a woman to forgive.
I know that men get hurt too....but men will hurt for a while....but they have the ability to move on...and in some cases, actually forgive the one that hurt them, and they don't understand why women can't do the same thing. It's a fact that men can forgive more easily.
Now, I don't know why this is, but it reminds me of the book " Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus". We do think differently. We have different feelings....and it's hard for men and women to understand the other sometimes.
So what are your thoughts? ...am i talking a lot of tosh? ...or is there some truth in what i say? ...are we really so different?
