What ‘s Your Exercise Routine?
What ‘s Your Exercise Routine? Since I am now working from home, staying in a normal routine easy. Living in Cleveland, Ohio area winters can be tough. I do walk dogs in neighborhood most days (8,000 10,000 steps). My weight training pretty simple . 60 pounds, weights and doing about 4 different exercises for about 10 minutes about 4 or 5 times per week before my shower. How are you staying in good physical condition? {image} |
