To take or not to take the Covid-19 vaccine when it becomes available!

Are you planning take the Vaccine when it becomes available?

My wife and I have decided take the vaccine when it becomes available for us!

Are you taking the vaccine?

Why would you refuse take it when it becomes available?

Are you planning take the Vaccine when it becomes available?
I am taking the Vaccine!
I am not taking the Vaccine!
I am not sure yet about taking the vaccine!
I am not taking the Covid-19 vaccine!
Do you think everyone should be forced to take it?
People should be free to chose!
I want to stop Covid-19 some other way not a vaccine!
I will do anything to stop Covid-19!
We are doing fine just with social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizer!
Other opinions!

By the time the vaccine is available to me most of the bugs will probably be known ( side affects, long term health problem sorted out ) or another will be available to the general public that won't need to be kept as cold to be effective. ( Yes people there is more than one vaccine in the works and on it's way ) I expect long about the time I go for my annual visit at my doctor one of the next generations of vaccines will be ready so I can get one then, or if I so choose at my local drug store, like you get a flu shot

To those who won't be taking the vaccine, or a variation of it? All I can say is "Hey, it's your roll of the dice." I highly doubt that getting it will be made mandatory. If you feel confident enough that you feel you can get by with out it that's cool. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Ill wait for a bit.

Its still out for the long term effects. There was a movie where the virus didnt make the zombies...the vaccine did. Also...year n years of research and yrs n yrs of $$$ and they have nothing for the common cold...or many cancers ? Yet this rolls off the press in 9 months. hmmm. The vacc will ..or so they say....lessen the viral load IF we get it....but we can still be spreaders to others....even with the vacc. We gotta take it in 2 doses....whats gonna happen to the reproductive systems and sperm in the long run. Yep..i have concerns, as its not just about me.
Im not willing to be the canary in the coal mine...not just yet~

I agree. Also not taking for two other reasons.

Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth.

If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

Eventually it will be available to ‘everyone’ so why wouldn’t I? I am happy to wait until all the prioritized recipients have received theirs.

I'm not getting it right away. Like the virus in its early days, much is unknown about these new vaccines: how long does it last, does it prevent transmission, what are the possible long-term side effects? It's already recommended it not be taken by anyone with a history of severe allergic reactions to anything. Don't know if it's safe for pregnant or breast-feeding women, not recommended for anyone under 16. There wasn't a very large demographic in the rushed clinical trials. While I understand the urgency for getting a vaccine, I'll wait a while....a least a year. Would probably be a year before I would be high enough on the list even though I do have underlying health issues that put me just above the general healthy population. I'll continue to isolate and follow the standard recommendations as I have since February.

I think that my wife and I will have the vaccine, but we are probably a way down the priority list, so there should be a lot more data by that time. We both have underlying issues that might make being infected with the CoVid19 riskier than an infection for someone else, so after enough other people have been vaccinated, we will get it.

I plan on taking it as soon as I can. Hopefully the sooner everyone who wants it takes it, the sooner things can open up and we can get back to something that resembles normal.

Listen to this guy. Definitely young women should NOT take the vaccine. This guy isn't a virologist but rather a geneticist. i.e. SMART and knowledgeable on a more rudimentary level. https://youtu.be/lkGB1-YFn1Q Dr. James Lyons-Weiler.
