hi, I see the IM has been updated again.

I am wondering if I send a message to an non paying member.
Do they also have to have points to reply? ( or be gold, etc)

seems to be a useless feature for non<b> members.
</font></b>I have to use 15 points to send a message and the other person has to use 15 points to reply.

Is that correct?

the FAQ, does not not address this.
