Yes, we paint units if the tenants request us to. But usually only if they are renewing their lease, or have renewed. It's a bit of a chore working around the tenants furniture and stuff, but it gets done. Most people when asked if they'd like things to be done when they renew their lease don't ask for anything. The tenants are supposed to clean up after their dogs by pet agreement that they sign when they move in. Most are pretty good about doing so, but then you have the ones that don't that make it hard for all the ones that do.

Hope you had a lazy Saturday after the shower fun. Here the residents are required to carry doggie bags when they take their pets out. I had to rat out two owners who came down my street ( which ends in a cul-de-sac and still has open sites for houses ) and when they get tothe last house take off the leash and let the dogs poop an place they run. I took photos since I didnt know their names- That's just plain nasty

I never got to the shower fun. After washing up as I usually do, someone knocking on the bathroom door needed to get in to use it. That put and end to any fun that should have happened.

The owners aren't required to carry their own Doggy Bags but most of the do. We have stations where they (the bags) are available for them to use in every court yard, along with a lidded flip top can they can put the baggie in when they've finished cleaning up. They still don't clean up after their pets. I can't tell you how many times I've found "piles" mere feet away from the dump station can's, some times only inches. To me that's just being lazy, it's the people like that that make it hard for the people who do clean up after their pets.
