 Christmas and Halloween in September, yeah I called it the stores had both seasonal items on display. Ugh! Well, at least they didn't have Christmas carols playing.

 lots of men think Christmas Tree Shops is for women only. I have lots of goodies from them ( quilt, sheets, bed pillows, lamps etc) You have one in Erie- try them for a comforter or look at their flyer on line

Yeah I've shopped at the Christmas Tree Shop there's one in the Millcreek Mall. In fact that's where I bought my glass front book cases five years ago that I wrote about. I haven't been back up there since then though, a bit far to walk to, and it would take me two buses to get there. As for their flyer, I get them in the mail (snail mail) each week or as they elect to send them out ( sales specials etc.) and I do scan through it.

I could use a new comforter but I'm in no dire need for one yet, still have the old one and though it may be faded and a little worse for wear, it still serves to keep me warm. Thanks for the info!

Know the one is no longer in acess to the many Mall routes having been built past the county line in Sumet Township, not sure about the one in Millcreek though. If worse come to worse I'll bum a ride from my daughter.
