Racism, and other isms and phobias

I recently came across a status label of a member of this site, that claimed there was too much racism, transphobia, and homophobia on this site, I can only assume she meant the Affairlook side, this blog is coming from the tsdates side a sub site of Affairlook, exclusively specializing in TG dating, so the transphobia/homophobia part of her status is meaningless, what I would like to address is the racism part.
In today's volatile environment it is easy to say there is systemic racism overwhelming the USA, this mythological belief is as alive as the Dodo bird, furthermore the racism charge is heaped on our Law Enforcement Officers. Is there really racism prevalent among our LEO's I say no, yes there are racist cops, but there are racist civilians as well, I hear all these Democratically run states calling for defunding the police, but these same fools that are demanding are calling those same<b> police </font></b>when they get a hangnail, so stop this foolishness, without law and order you have anarchy, eventually degrading into tyranny, but this blog is mostly to address this member's accusation about racism, and for good measure I will cover transphobia, and homophobia, I can only assume she is an Affairlook member, because if you are a member of tsdates, and you are of that genre, then you should not be here, unto my major point.
