Lack of sex!!

Not sure why am here but the title says it . an my wife have not had sex in 4+years . She has/ had medical issues due a car wreck she had before we got together only these past 4+ years has gotten worse neck pain back pain she has no desire for it an I have a high sex drive so been rough our last time has been in 20 an got a 5 min handjob. But last actually intimacy was actually 20 .am so missing sex. So I guess why am here but have no desire cheatqouls feel guilty if I did but she is trying get that spark back.i try wearing revealing shorts but no luck.anyone has any things can try am for it lol.

 Thanks sussi it is challenging for sure....but I have no desire to cheat on her but I do use my hands plenty lol an cold showers
