 I was reading an article yesterday evening stating larger size turkeys will be in short supply this year. Actually, turkeys of any size could be in short supply. Lingering effects of the pandemic....

 I have attended a turkey trot festival. They pushed a turkey out of a plane for years until people objected.
For the record, wild turkeys can fly. When we drive down the road if they feel threatened they will take off and fly about 10 or so feet off the ground. They only fly to the nearest field, so 30 feet? Anyway they can fly a little bit
