What a Day!!!

What a Day!!! I just popped in to tell you guys what a great Christmas I'm having with my wife and two boys...it has been mostly quiet and nice so far...with about 45 minutes of chaos opening presents this morning!! We have my parents-in-law joining us for dinner then we'll be heading out of town for a day or two. The picture with this post is OUR Christmas tree as it looked Christmas eve...complete with decorations some of which are brand new and some are a few generations old. Below are some lyrics to one of my favorite songs that although not "Christmassy" in the traditional sense...it's how I feel today...  [blog magnet4u22] posted a Christmas song by The Carpenters on her blog, which reminded me of this one. Sounds as though you've had a good'n, not too dissimilar from my own, other than my daughter is now grown up. We do our best to be like big kids unwrapping the presents, but lil kids do it best of all. Best wishes. ~warm
