 You're only as old as you act so stop acting old and go do something, anything that makes you feel better even a little and just keep doing more and more until you fight your way out of the rut. Sometimes it just happens but it can't hurt to help things along. Come on over to Italy I'll glad be a FWB you can hole up with for a weekend or few!
