 The first photo is definitely heavy on the erotic.

The second photo just flows better for me from an art standpoint. The lighting (and maybe oiled skin) show her shape to advantage and her pose maximizes her lovely legs. It also leaves more to the imagination. And it is reminiscent of the pinups from mid twentieth century.

I like the second photo best.
