is it just or does the be hit or miss if it is working correctly? Seems like there are times when I chatting and then it goes into a freeze mode and nothing is going either way. Tried to restart it and it sometimes comes back still frozen and even shows the other person still "typing". You would think that in this day and age a simple function would be stable.
