 Love fire places during the colder months...had one in an apartment a long time ago. The fire place was a gas one but hey it warmed the place, gas cost was part of the rent and it made a great night light... A few times we drug the mattress from the bedroom during the night and had sex fun in front of the fire place. : D

 eh,,30 degrees during the day, drops into the 20s at night, there is a little bit of snow left on the ground in areas the sun does not reach. Not bad at all
