Does anyone really connect here....?

Does anyone really connect here....? I am a newbie here, trying to decide if this site works, ... I've been on the other associated sites, but sadly to report, found that it does not work, its full of female profiles of guys pretending, or ladies that don't respond. To be really honest, I do at times laugh at the expectations listed, come on, if I was a really successful & wealthy man, would I really be here? I do hope I did not offend anyone here, its just my personal observation & opinion only. However, if I did, I would respectfully & sincerely apologise, no malicious or offensive intention from me, I assure you. |

Well I am a woman and here is my experience; started in December of 2013. Started blogging January of 2014. Met about 5 guys and had some fun but not exactly what I was craving. Changed my profile to "Looking for FWB only". Dated two guys and had a LOT of fun, one for a couple months, the other for 8 months. The former guy I'm still friends with and through him I was introduced to the Polyamorous community in my county. The latter guy was almost a serious relationship but he ended up being married among other things. Met my best friend through the site who is male. Made so many friends with other bloggers who sometimes come through my town because I live in a touristy place. Now in a serious relationship with another blogger. I hope you find some people to hang out with. Yes people do meet but what a person wants / expect can make it easy or hard. I myself do not want a b c. Have to have d e f and g. Most men that shoes interest are a or b or and c. None do what I have to have. (A is single, b is my age. Etc ) Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth. If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

Hey guys & gal, thanks for all your comments & tips too, much appreciated. I don't have a problem meeting or hooking up in person, unfortunately, ladies in my part of the world are harder nuts to crack via the net. I was just trying this medium to widen my circle of people to socialize with, not just for hooking up, guess my signals were wrong and/or I should tune in onto a different site eh? hahaha... my bad!

Hmmmm... Well... a few years ago this site had a really active local community. Yup - right here in KL. It was really really fun. There used to be an active chat group that had about 20 peeps in 24/7 - which is a really nice number as it's not to much that you can keep up and after a while everyone knew each other. There are even Malaysian couples that met here and got married.. (Psst - i got hired for a job here a few years back - it lasted 7 years and nope i never even snogged him let alone shag him) There were regular outings (mainly in pubs and sports bars) - meet and greet sessions etc etc. But then, the chat group got trolled by a few morons, the site got banned and everyone moved on. There are still some peeps who meet up socially though..  Best of luck.Wannabe/Sexpot - which one do you want me to be?

Hi there... really? kinda like the old netmeeting of the early days of the net in MY huh? those were such good times, met lots of peeps... had lots of gatherings & mamak meets.... hahaha yeah! know what you mean by morons! we had a few that eventually caused the group to break up.... (Psst - btw, are you a script writer? a friend is looking for some for a short animated feature .... ahem! no snogging and/or shag required! haha..) you too dear, best of luck with all your adventures... be happy always!

Thanks for having lunch with me, it was awesome & very interesting conversation, I've not had that for a very, very, very, ... very long time!! ... too bad it was over so quickly, even after all that time after the meal.... lucky I picked a place that they didn't rush you off after your meal... try to arrange another soon...
