Approximately 16 hr until I pick up my new special someone at the airport.... Champaynes in the fridge, everything is just about ready. TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK....I wish it were tomorrow already. I'm feeling more anxious and excited than nervous... So, what about any of you...have you had a long distance attraction and taken the trip to go and actually meet? Or did they come to your town? How did it turn out? Good, bad, ok, head over heels in love...lust? Would ya do it again? Yes, Yes...Yes? No...oh hell no...not without kickin and screamin? Will you share your experience and tell us what went wrong? What would you do differently? huny... yep, I hear ya....and it's a shame too that things turned out the way it did....I'm just very glad your ok. Daphne... I know...cuz it was only just 2 weeks ago on my birthday that he left that comment...and it just took off from there. But, CA. is a whole lot closer than, well, you know....  Actually, it's a good thing...I'm hoping it will be...I feel that it will. It's a little out of character for me though...to throw caution to the wind....but there's been several "signs"....that I cannot ignore. Yours is just around the corner....and then you'll be a happy camper. ~~~ Just me, poppin to say HI! ~~

we met half way for a weekend... it was magic at first touch! would i do it again? hell yes!!! ...for we have many times since  it can work if both involved are HONEST from the start and truely take the time to get to know each other up front. ...That which does not kill me merely pisses me off!...

Thank you all for your comments...we're doing better than fine... Naked, oh yes.... outside...what's that? LOL....cooking...yes, lot's of cooking...oh you mean in the kitchen?? Hmmm some... lol. When I first started chatting I had met this man online and he was coming through my state for some business. I lived in Ohio at the time and he was the first online friend I had ever met. He was gorgeous and such a gentleman. We remained friends. I have not been in touch with him in a long time, but last I heard he was in a committed relationship. I met another man who drove from Texas to Ohio to meet me. We became engaged, but he later broke it off because he was seeing another woman. I would not do it again. Not because it was a bad experience, but because I am in love and have no intentions of meeting another man, for anything more than just friendship. DustStormDiva
