It was something extremely hot (not spicy) ... like right out of the pan or microwave. You were doing that rapid cooling thing ... where you take short, quick breaths to cool the food.

I started to hiccup uncontrollably and breathing in and out rapidly finally made them stop. My hiccups are very high-pitched and loud, which in this instance to those that never heard them before, caused laughter which brought many to tears!
