You are absolutely right my friend. There is no excuse regardless of how you've been treated as a child. To choose to hurt others consciously and without conscience or remorse is unacceptable and can never be tolerated. It is a sign of weakness not strength. Donald Trump sees it as a strength not as a weakness. That's the whole problem with his attitude and his way of life. Have a wonderful day.

This looks like something from a nazi hunter's record book, he looks like someone from the hitler youth! I recently found out that my dad was severely abused as a child by family members, kind of explained his authoritarian approach to everything. Hope you're well otherwise Rick!

it does seem as if his story was sad, funny he fought so hard to suppress it. didnt want to seem "weak", i guess? now that its out, how long before he desperately sinks to QUOTING passages in an attempt to gain sympathy for his "struggles"? so, its his parents fault that he lies and cheats? boo-hoo. if his parents hadnt been rich, hed have been a street criminal rather than a white-collar embezzler. in truth, we all have some sad periods in our lives, some more than others, but NONE that justify playing "forge of empires" with the united states nor the lives of its 330 MILLION citizens ! I am so sorry you were abused as a child my friend, I was too more so than most I can say. You know I just have to say this, just because we were abused does not give us the right to act the way men like Donald Trump does. I don't like him never have, as any man who thinks he can do what ever he wants to any woman, well that's just so wrong on so many levels and just because he was brought up the way he was, does NOT give him the right to treat anyone else in a dehumanizing way. There is no excuse for it, my abuse both as a child and in my first marriage, just made me a stronger person, a better person, not to be a bad person and take what had happened to me and it made me be a better mom, and person. Please don't take what I am saying personally my friend, as I can understand why you suffer from depression, its so sad that you grew up with that kind of abuse. I wish you all the best my friend, I hope you have a relaxing Sunday..  Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
