Who are like you America the land that I love. Let me see, now? Why do I love America so much! Hmm? When, we first settled in the Americas, we butchered slaughtered and murdered as many Native American Indians as possible, stole their land, and threw them into poverty on reservations. Wow, what a great country! The good old US of A! And what else did we do? Oh yeah! We took our ships to Africa to load them up with free slave labor. We piled them into the bowels of our ships, so tightly packed in their own vomit urine and feces. And if they got too sick to survive or died, we just toss them overboard to feed the sharks. Their human rights had been taken away. And if you objected, said no or tried to escape. Your back was beaten to an inch of your life. A rope left you dangling from a tree with your neck broken or dying of suffocation. And, when they finally won their freedom. Their freedom was limited. Then, they would be imprisoned or shot down. And their human rights would be taken away again. We live in a world where your human rights can be taken away for no other reason than you are different. You are not like us. Yes, you are right. I am not like you. I will not take away your human rights. But, I will stop you from hurting others. We will lock you away to live among others, who are like you. And, you will be free to live your life as you will. To hurt others. We will put aside a couple of states and build a giant wall around you to keep you safe from all those terrible people, who are different from you. It's what you wanted, right? Well, there you go! It wasn't until a couple of hundred years later that we checked up on them. To see how they had progressed. We sent a probe in to survey the entire area and found there to be no life, no human life. They had destroyed themselves. I guess when they had no one else to hate, they started hating each other. There were signs they had butchered each other slaughtered each other till the very last one was dead.  |

Yes, as a country, we have done some horrific things in the past and it doesn't need to be the distant past i.e. the human rights violations that went on in the 60's and that still seem to be going on to this day because some people or groups of people seem to be intolerant of others or some people or groups trying to force their way of life on others also. I will agree that just about all of these, if not all of these deeds where perpetrated by the white population, just because it may have seemed ok or justified in some warped way at the time does not make it right. But, on the other hand, what would you have the country do about its past misdeeds at this stage of the game. Since we, the original immigrants to this country that took it by force be forced to leave and turn the whole country over to the native americans. That would mean that we would send all of the white people back to there countries of origin, all or the black people back to there country of origin, and all of the other ethnic and racial groups back to their respective countries, impoverished and politically unstable or not. I for one understand and will admit the misdeeds of this nation in the past, but I am getting a bit tired of people that keep bringing it up. Sh-t happend in the past. Some of it very very horrific with no real justification other than greed for more land or more riches or free labor. Why don't we just try to learn from our mistakes and move on and try to get along now. Until someone invents a "way back" machine, there is not a darn thing anyone can do about the past. Learn from it, remember it so it is not repeated, but let it be End of rant from a remorseful and torrent white man

I disagree with you, it has nothing to do with the things that you said. But you are right. I am being a little insulting calling people lower forms of human life. Not to give any excuses, but just a little reminder of how those kinds of people think. The racist the bigots the white supremacists the neo-Nazis white nationalism. Don't those people want to murder black people and brown people and all people who are not like them. We are living in an age where our president is a racist bigot, who condones violence and hatred and even the murdering of minorities.

You defend our tyrannical supreme leader. In doing so, you defend his inhumane treatment of others. Locking up children. Locking up families in cages. In deplorable conditions that cause sickness and death.
