It's true.
It's true. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for older men. A little grey at the temples, laugh lines around the eyes, the wisdom of someone who has been around the block a time or two.... Someone on the same intellectual level as me. I miss that. Up until recently I was seeing someone younger than I am. Not by much, but it was the first time ever. Looking back, I realize now, it would never have worked out for us. All the aspects I find attractive in a man were things he could not achieve. I would always be the older one. |

I like this post I tease my mom that the good die young, and that she and I are going to be around forever, she just laughs and agrees with me finding that right plateau is the most important piece then, everything else will fall into place reminded me of this Nirvana - "Plateau" Many a hand has scaled the grand old face of the plateau Some belong to strangers and some to folks you know Holy ghosts and talk show hosts are planted in the sand To beautify the foothills and shake the many hands There's nothing on the top but a bucket and a mop And an illustrated book about birds You see a lot up there but don't be scared Who needs action when you got words When you've finished with the mop then you can stop And look at what you've done The plateau's clean, no dirt to be seen And the work it was fun There's nothing on the top but a bucket and a mop And an illustrated book about birds You see a lot up there but don't be scared Who needs action when you got words Well the many hands began to scan around for the next plateau Some said it was in Greenland and some say Mexico Others decided it was nowhere except for where they stood But those were all just guesses, wouldn't help you if they could To leave private messages, please use my confidential mailbox at my blog: Good luck!!!
