MENTE SANA CORPO SANO!!!!!
Le persone sane (mentalmente) sono soddisfatte di se stesse, non gli serve essere sopravvalutato, perché sono completamente felici e conoscono i loro limiti

Hanno una mente aperta a nuove esperienze e conoscono le loro attitudini ....
Si fidano degli altri quando si sentono che hanno fiducia ....
Sono coscienti delle loro abilità e impostano i propri obiettivi, che di solito raggiungono sempre ....
Hanno un atteggiamento tollerante quando vengono rispettati .....
Ma ...... il più "piacevole dei piacere è rendersi conto che per ottenere l'obiettivo che si attendevano è davvero così facile da raggiungere

Vi identificate? o vi piacerebbe ......?
