forerskin restoration

I've been reading about men who have managed to restore their<b> foreskin </font></b>after having being circumcised from birth. It seems you can do this by forcing the shaft skin to grow via tugging devices or manual tugging.

I've noticed that as I get older I lose more and more sensitivity and don't really feel blowjobs anymore. This is a result of a circumcised glans being keratinised from constant rubbing against clothes etc.

What are people's thoughts on circumcised guys wanting to restore something they had no choice over as in my case?

Do women really care?

 personally I like a circumcised man...there's something about foreskin that doesn't appeal to me...I'm not sure if it's the look of it or something more...I have tried to be with men who were not cut and I just couldn't go down on them...like I said it is my personal preference...
