Rum is definitely my poison!

I am not a heavy drinker...but I have had some experiences in the past lol

Rum is the only hard alcohol I ever got the serious spins from...omg it was awful. I will spare you all the details. If you've been there, you know what I mean. If you haven't, you don't need to hear the details. Trust me on that one lol

So tonight, I shared a drink with my adult . It was a weird mix of iced tea and rum. I could taste each equally and it was about 12 oz. It was not a bad drink at all.

But wow...one drink and I feel soooo loopy lol Very relaxed. Course I was smoking a little pot at the same time but it was the rum, I am sure of it.

Now I know why I stay away from the stuff! It's not a bad feeling but it's hard to stop at just one drink when you are feeling this good, right? Hence why I don't have it around!

 Long Island ice teas start with rum and three other alcohols.
It's funny you mentioned herb.Anytime I got the spins badly was when I incorporated the two.Like I really needed to get baked after I was already thouroghly buzzed on alcohol.It wasn't pretty thats for sure!

 Rum and coke is my preferred restorative. I'm partial to Captain Morgan. A pint a day keeps the doctor away.

when I do have the chance to buy my own hard alcohol, it's usually bourbon with 7up...think it's been six months or longer since I had that though!

Well, I prefer something that doesn't hit me so hard and so fast lol I'll stick to wine, even over ice to allow me to sip it without getting drunk. I don't do drunk lol Even when I buy bourbon, it's over ice with 7up and sipped slow and easy. Best way to go, for me
