I forgot to ask you...how long have you been rowing??? You sound like an expert. If ever rowing around VA let me know. The key to getting better isn't just how long you row...It's your split times. Mine have come down some since winter conditioning began. We're going four times a week for now. I don't know if the club travels that far east, but we have gone down to Nashville, TN. and Pittsburgh. Smart as a horse and hung like Einstein.

Just started back in May, so I rowed as a Novice in the summer and fall. Only one race so far. A 5K. We are currently in winter training mode, so I might have the option to row as a master next summer and fall, but I will probably stay a novice. It's great cardio and cross-training, but I've got other goals. The key to getting better isn't just how long you row...It's your split times. This side of the border is a little chillier than VA, but it's all good. They've legalized recreational 🌿 here.. So I've decided to stop drinking.. 🍻🍸 It's all good! 2019 is going to kick ass! Same here, doing the winter training. this coming summer is going to be my first time rowing in the open water. So you are practicing to row singles? As in a kayak or a scull? I'd like ot try sculling at some point. I am excited, is a new thing for me. is going to be fun, wish you were in VA to join us
