 First of all, I wouldn't have a dog around in a situation like that.... However I f that had happened, I would have offered to take you shopping for new clothing , either to a store or online. Or if you had preferred, given plenty of cash to replace, and then some.

 I would definitely have offered to pay for replacement bra and pants.
Even would have offered to take you shopping for the replacements;
BUT
I would have asked you to model the bra to ensure you were getting quality items.
