Too Many Posers

This site is full of people who will contact you only to not meet. Please don't contact someone and start a conversation and say you want to meet then just drop off the face of the earth. I'm tired of these posers. Give me your thought's.

 Oh yes I feel the same way, you start having a good conversation and start connecting then nothing, I had it happen to me several times on here. I am getting too old for high school games.

 Think about it like this, you're likely saving yourself a big hassle.

Often these people aren't who they claim to be or they are sneaking around behind a partner's back and get caught. There are also some people who are excited by the chase but get scared and bail when their fantasy is about to become real.

You'd probably be more disappointed if you actually yet them.

I have a rule to weed this sort of thing out. If we can't meet for a cup of coffee during the day, within 10 days of our first message, I'm out. I figure that if someone can't make time for a cup or coffee within 10 days one or both of us are too busy....or they aren't very interested in meeting. If they won't meet me in daylight, something is probably up. If they insist on drinks instead of a cup of coffee, something is sketchy.
