Preparing for Anal Pleasure I came across a blog about "The pleasure of Anal..." by MsMeeMee this is an excerpt of what I wrote: "Anal is a wonderful experience when done correctly. First and foremost, you have to prepare yourself (clean yourself out) before enjoying it. It eliminates a lot of mess!"[ The question was posed, How do you make sure its clean up there due to the unsanitary nature of the act? I decided to create my own blog explaining how I prepare myself for the ultimate pleasure. Step 1: You need the proper supplies. A rectal bulb (syringe) and Vaseline Step 2: Fill up your bathroom sink with lukewarm water. Step 3: Fill up the rectal bulb with the water. Squeeze the bulb to expel air, submerge bulb in warm water, release pressure to bulb slowly to fill. Step 4: Lubricate the detachable tip with Vaseline and attach it to the bulb Step 5: ( I usually do this naked) gently insert the lubricated tip into your rectum. I get on the bed on all fours and slowly squeeze the bulb until its empty. Step 6: Lay your chest or head on the bed with your butt up in the air to allow the water to flow down your rectum. Hold the water for as long as you can. Step 7: When you can't hold it anymore, eliminate the fluids. You do this until the fluids come out clear. Note: Depending on your last bowel movement will depend how many times you have to repeat. This process usually takes 4-6 times to be fully flushed out and can take 30-45 mins. You still want to stay close to the bathroom to eliminate the excess fluids that wasn't flushed out earlier until you feel totally emptied. We would like to add to this wonderfully supportive blog on anal sex.....with a couple of helpful suggestions; Instead of Vaseline, try using KY Jelly instead - if enough KY is applied, you shouldn't have any problem inserting the rectal bulb - and KY washes off much more easily than Vaseline which is not water soluble. And, for those that aren't as practiced in the art of enemas, holding the water in can be a challenge as the urge builds and, not only is it wise to be close to the toilet, but we recommend actually doing the whole act either in a large bathtub or jacuzzi...or the floor of the bathroom, just in case you leak a bit (it can happen). Otherwise...very good advice for those that want to experience anal play. Also, keep in mind that not everyone is comfortable with anal play - this is an area you should never go to without asking or being invited. In our case, J is not at all comfortable with others (men or women) playing with her anally but D is totally happy with all aspects of anal play - giving and receiving. You can never over communicate in the lifestyle.
