The times, they are a-changin

Sometimes life changes in abrupt ways. Does anyone else remember times when no one danced in public nightclubs unless there was a live band? It was fairly abrupt when smoking in all buildings was banned in California. It seems not so abrupt that people are more and more willing to bare their bodies in order to attract sexual partners. This seems to have happened so gradually that I don't recall being shocked by it. I'm shocked by it right now. I know this ages me, but I remember growing up in a time when very few women admitted enjoying sex and pretended they were only doing their duty and "sexual favors" is what men were getting. Even though I think that things work better when women are assertive and men are not too aggressive, it still turns me off when women are too forward and/or bare too much, too soon. Truth to tell, I prefer an assertive woman, who still leaves some things to the imagination. I'm not sure if that makes me normal, or just lazy .
