 Some of the ladies that I've with really like their feet and toes sucked on. It just depends when the mood hits to please my partner I would do it clean or not.

 I'd think that if you were going to have a partner suck on anything that you would want to be pleasing, even feet. And toe sucking can be a big turn on for some people. But it has to be done right for what you enjoy.

 there are lots of nerve endings in your toes, so if done correctly, it could be very sensual for the lady. You should really be in a bath or something though to make sure your feet are clean
