We made it!!! We are in 2021. It came in with a rush. It seems that there was a lot of celebration here. Fireworks all over the place last night almost kept me awake. Time to get wound up for the new year. There is so much in line for the year. I am wishing that this virus things breaks away and we get back to our regular schedules. I am going to start this New Years Day with some tom foolery, maybe a meal and a good movie. How was your New Years Eve? Did you do anything wild and crazy? How about todays plans? And how does the New Years look?

 Happy New Year Pal, you know we didn't make it until midnight we went to bed around ten pm. I had a couple of drinks and I was exhausted from running around yesterday.

 I'm in the American South and I'm Asian.
I don't get the dish of food in this post.
What are the dishes and what do they represent?

I was going to make a Korean New Year dish of oval rice cakes and dumplings. But both Korean grocery stores in town are out of the rice cakes. The larger store says she has a shipment arriving on Friday. So I might just celebrate on Lunar New Year which is Feb 12.
