One of my favorites, it is Spam, that processed meat! I can remember it from being a . So many don't care for it though. But I have enjoyed the quality control and consistent taste. To me, its big plus was while I was in the field with the military. No it was not a military issue item, But I frequently used it as a supplement for my diet. Just as a guide, it is made from a large quantity of ham items , now maybe not to shelf, but good. And more and more lately they are adding flavors to the meat. My favorite is the bacon. It is all available through so many parts of the world, so that must say something about it. Have you tried Spam? Do you enjoy it? Is there a particular flavor you like?

 I am glad you enjoy your Spam Pal, for me we used to have to eat it as kids and now well I don't eat it anymore. I hope you enjoy your favorite spam today, and I hope your feeling better..
