*** Travel Advisory>>> Melbourne Florida  . My planned trip to Puerto Rico never happened, too many life things got in the way. But this trip, to Melbourne Florida is going to happen,,,,,,,,,tomorrow. I had this planned to visit a former service member / Best Friend that is very slowly recovering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). He just moved to this area, so what a better time to drop in and see how he is doing. I have never been to Melbourne, so it will be an adventure. Also, in the times I have visited Florida. I have never been to the beach. So to remedy that, I will be staying on the beach, with a balcony over looking the water. Now for the reality,, are my expectations realistic? Are the images provided of the hotel real or not? Here are images of what I think I am getting (from Hotel web site), and my imagination. Lets see tomorrow, what I end up with. I am going to try to do a daily blog, similar to what I did last year in Puerto Rico A TRAVEL ADVISORY. Have you ever been disappointed by your expectations and the realities of your vacation. And please, if you have any suggestions for things to do in the area, let me know, I will be there until next Friday.      |

The pictures look great. It looks as if you've picked a good hotel. I hope you have a great time with your friend. For me, if a holiday doesn't turn out as well as expected, it's usually down to things other than the hotel.

Our vacation to SD, to Sea World n SD Zoo! Hotter than ever, hotter than Phx with record breaking highs (by 20 degrees over old highs), 7 wild fires burning up all over! Most of the animals wanted to see were off on loan, walrus n polar bears. A crumbly hotel booked online that showed pics of spacious rooms that were really broom closets! All that n roasting our asses off! Not fun at all! Romance her heart, tease her body, enjoy the company shared in bed n out! Treasure every moment spent together, in good times n bad!
