Just Something I Want to Share......

I found this poem on the Internet the other night and it "spoke" to me. Maybe it will speak to some of you as well.

Finding My Voice

I may appear to be wise
I may seem brave

Deep down:
I'm a scared little girl
For a love that I crave

I fill up my days
I project confidence

Underneath it all:
I don't want to be her
That girl who remains anonymous

I use my loud mouth
I stand up for what's right

Secretly:
I don't have my own voice
Now it's time for a re-write

Wise, I am
Brave, I'll be
Fearful little girl
I set you free

Love and confidence
I project white light
I am living with a purpose
That purpose begins tonight
