 Today was a good day.

I am grateful for the wonderful physical therapist who is working with me now.

I am grateful for the many friends that I have.

I am grateful for my family.

I am grateful that there is someone or something much larger than "us".

I hope you can list or at least think about some of the things you are grateful for today!
