I just LOLed all over my shirt Edition

Have you ever seen those horror movies where the psychiatric doctor shows pictures drawn by the machete killer while he was held in the hospital and they're always unsettling drawings?
Below is an example of my 's work. I did not alter it in any way other than to trace over his pencils with one of my art pens to make it visible to the camera.
I should be slightly concerned.... but it just made me do a spit take and laugh very hard for about 5 minutes.

In case anybody is having trouble translating 7 year old, it says:

I am sorry for being annoying. Am I a brat, Yes or No

Me, Zane

I do so love that future machete killer of mine.

Oh I joke with the machete talk of course. Zane is having some trouble adjusting to his mother and I divorcing, but I don't fear it's going to be quite that much trouble. He still gets plenty of love from both of us.

Oh yes... He can draw the most detailed and complicated intersections you would never want to attempt to drive through.

No, I didn't. Zane makes one of these YES/NO style question slips every time I get angry with him for his behavior. It's part of his act. He's an actor worthy of an Oscar. I refuse to play the game any longer. It's his way of trying to guilt trip me into letting him get away with bad behavior.

Don't you hate it when you are trying to be the up-standing adult parent to your kid and they do that and you really need to laugh but you really shouldn't? I think he is much smarter than he lets on. I still have the apologies I used to make my kids write to each other when they fought...hysterical. Especially my son's...he could write an apology that by the end of it you felt horrible for making him act that way. LOL

I make mistakes, I am out of control & at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best. ~Marilyn

I have no doubt that Zane is incredibly bright. He's major problem is that he doesn't tolerate making mistakes. If he can't do something perfectly the first time he attempts it, he sees it as a crime against nature and the universe in general and lashes out.

    kids will be kids , and boys will be boys.......right??
    My 3 does similar things...being a single mom I have to be mom and dad, not always easy...so when they do things like these I try my best not to laugh then and there and get them to understand that playing the guilty act with me won't work, but when the are out of hearing distance I laugh so much that I almost cry....they tend to take more chances with single parents...so don't worry too much, but if it goes on for to long(over the same subject)then maybe address it??
    That's just a thought, it's for you to really decide what to do over it...{=}
Im appreciate you trying to run The Beast's life though.
