Licking an ashtray

Yes the title is a bit miss leading. But I decided I'm going to try and quit smoking cold turkey. After almost 19 years of smoking and trying to quit smoking, I am over it. I'm tired of spending the money and nothing to show for it but a happy feeling that if fleeting till the next jones for a smoke hits me. I'm just tired I guess what they say is true you have to hit rock bottom with an addiction and I think I am there... Funny thing is I used to bark at my dad as a to not smoke and here I am in the same boat.

 Go for it man! I quit cold turkey in 1985 and do nor regret it. Besides, cigarettes decrease peripheral circulation which leads to ED....don't want that do we?
It's an obsession but it's pleasin'
