I'm with you on the dark chocolate and strawberries.
Definitely a popular choice. Add some champagne or chilled white wine and look out!

LOL. Don't think they are supposed to still be burning when you eat them

Interesting stuff. I don't really eat any of those on a regular basis.
I do drink a lot of pineapple juice though.
Yes. I know you do . I thought it was interesting that it wasn't on any of the lists that I found. It's benefits are legendary!

Cherries, dark chocolate and a chilled glass of Chardonnay do the trick for me. That said, there is something incredibly sexy in feeding each other chocolate dipped strawberries.

Chocolate dipped strawberries with a mouthful of chilled champagne is delightful! And do you use your mouth to tie a knot in the cherry stem?

Allergic to shellfish so no oysters but good with all the rest - at 73 it does appear they work

Allergy to shellfish seems quite common. Glad to hear you still enjoy the others

Some great information, pretty lady, thank you! Celery is one of the most interesting ones ...

I can say I learned something new today with the celery one. I can handle all of them except the oysters. The only type of oysters I will try are of the rocky mountain kind. Even those I have to be watchful of thanks to my "always waiting to knock me for a loop" gout.

Glad you enjoyed this one. It was interesting to put together. There are more foods that have "benefits" but I didn't want the post to be too long.

The only ones I would have thought of are the strawberries, and dark chocolate. Thank you for your fun facts.

From the list, those are my two favourites. It is always fun to put these type of posts together and I learn new things too

Hmmm 🤔. Depends on whether you actually consider that a problem. You do have two hands to assist in your time of ‘need’.
