 I hope I learn from both the bad ( respect that it came past me) and the good( it came to rescue me). You and I have both been in similar shoes. Nice to see you again

 I agree for the most part that when something bad happens maybe someone good will happen out of it...

I agree totally on live for today as tomorrow may never come... I know first hand that in a blink of an eye someone you love can be taken from you

 Great meme and very true.Studies show a variety of benefits to being grateful and how gratitude has physical and psychological benefits .Forbes and Time magazine both have some good articles on gratitude you should check out.
Having an attitude of gratitude in good times or bad will cause you to have a happier and content life, something you need when crap happens in life
