Quinoa Coleslaw! and Tapioca Pudding

Tonight I made quinoa coleslaw! It was somewhat of a mistake. I wanted to make coleslaw (grated cabbage) with carrots and a limo mayo dressing and make a quinoa salad with carrots, raisins, and such. Then I wasn't thinking and for some reason and made a dressing that was my coleslaw dressing and my quinoa dressing. And I didn't make enough for two separate salads and didn't feel like making anymore. So I thought why not mix the two salads and use the combination dressing. It turned out to be very very good. And since I didn't make enough of the dressing, it wasn't as wet and moist as coleslaw would be so it was a little drier but it was a very tasty cold salad and IMO, the right amount of dressing, just a tasty covering. For my dressings, coleslaw, and quinoa salad, just peruse through my previous posts for the ingredients.

I also made tapioca pudding. I soaked the fine pearl tapioca for an hour in milk, then added milk, sugar that's been stored with vanilla bean, homemade vanilla, eggs, and then I brought to a boil and then simmered for 20 minutes. I served it warm with coarsely grated chocolate on top, optional sprinkle some cinnamon or cocoa powder.

Yesterday I made corn meal cheddar biscuits with just a touch of a finely chopped hot pepper. Just a touch of the hot pepper. I didn't want it to influence the flavor too much.

From Sacramento? I'd feel hard to turn that down because you come so far and I love your sexy blog, and the pictures. I also love most people who have big dogs, I love all nice people who have big dogs.

Eat healthy, enjoy the outdoors, try to have a dog's view of life, live in the moment, enjoy the moment, enjoy your surroundings, enjoy the people around you, and be weary of people who have hurt you or could hurt you.
