I've been commenting on a lot of blogs and you're supposed to get ten points per comment but I havn't been....Unless I've misread and only comments you recieve from things you posted gets you points???? Mrs. R is a veteran of the blogs and knows her stuff! The best thing to do to generate comments is to read and comment on other blogs. It will drawer readers to yours ***

Well I don't think it's a matter of substance at all. A lot depends on who is viewing your blog and how partial they are to leaving comments. Now I have 27 watchers. Out of them about half come evey week the others are sporadic. About 10 come every day, but only one or 2 will leave a comment, sometimes not always. I have watchers that have viewed my blog every day for the past 5 months and have never once left a comment; yet they come back and back. I have visited other's blogs who write similarly to myself, just about life and stuff, and I see they get pages and pages of comments. Men tend to get more comments than women, because women view more guy's blogs and are more apt to leave a comment than a guy is. Well that's my take on it anyway.   This is my new mantra There are millions of people on this planet worse off than myself. .

I read the title of your blogged and opened it with the intention of leaving a comment. But it seems so many beat me to the punch. Oh welll at least you now have a few comments on your blog. Keep blogging anyway, although people do not comment I am sure there are many who enjoy reading it!!

yes, people do comment on blogs... see! next up, the points thing is only for the first X number of comments if memory serves me correct. if it was unlimited then people would just commment, get many points everyday, use them to see profiles and contact other members and Affairlook would never sell any memberships! so, they give you a taste of the site with the free points then cut you off and make you pay... my god, their business model is based on a heroin dealers'!
