Toying with the idea of.....

An NDA!

Weird right? The idea came to me Monday morning as I was signing one myself. I thought "Soaks, why the fuck wouldn't you use an NDA with your FB?" The more I thought about it, the more I realized it might very well be viable!

By having a person agree to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon the first meeting, you are basically agreeing that all things said, seen and done are confidential.

On the flip side, I suppose... How would you enforce it? It'd kind of be a conflict of interest to take the guy to court if he talked.

"Your honor! He reneged on the NDA and told the world that I like to take it in the ass." Might be a little hard to prosecute, right?

But other than that, what reasons would you have for not signing one? It protects you as well as your fuck friend and ensures everyone is on the same page with discretion.

Hmmm... either I'm being paranoid or I'm a fucking genius!

What say you? NDA and I am a genius? Or no NDA and I'm one pill away from being admitted to the psycho ward?

ISW
Soaks, you're being paranoid!
Soaks, you're a fucking genius!

Sounds like a perfectly good idea to me. For the most part when people have to put there name to something they honor it and for the rest who don't I am sure you are smart enough to pick them out after a few chats

Hmm, while I can appreciate the intention, it's not the right document! NDAs can help you to protect non-public information from being misappropriated and used for financial gain. So, unless you've got some proprietary techniques that someone is going to be able to steal from you and commercialise for profit, then I have to put my vote down for paranoia!

Sorry....way paranoid and one pill away...as mentioned above NDA's provide a measure of security when proprietary knowledge can be used for someone else's financial gain.....would NEVER stand up or be allowed in a Court of Law....that's what slander and defamation of character suits are for....for "basic principles"...I would never sign one and would be somewhat offended if the first thing a potential "fuck buddy" threw in front of me was an official document declaring confidentiality that I had to sign before we had sex.... hopefully this is just a thought and your not in some kind of predicament...

So here's the scenario playing out in my mind... NDA gets signed, then Soaks opens her tickle trunk and pulls out the strap-on and handcuffs

Well soaks I myself keep everything to myself after a sexual encounter! only the two or three of us need to know what we did! I don't understand the need to tell about it! It's a private discreet thing that goes on behind closed doors! That's my opinion on the matter! Thanx for the chance to express that!
